Cranberry Bliss Bars
These cranberry bliss bars are a wholesome twist on a classic treat, made with clean ingredients like almond flour, eggs, and maple syrup for a naturally gluten-free, grain-free, and refined sugar-free indulgence. Studded with tart cranberries and creamy white chocolate, they’re festive, flavorful, and perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Eggland's Best egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Zest from one orange
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (sugar free if possible)
Cream cheese frosting to frost
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In another large bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, egg, vanilla, and orange zest until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until combined. Then mix in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Evenly add the batter to a parchment-lined 8×8” or brownie pan. Place in the oven and bake for 20 min.
- Let cool in the pan before cutting and serving. Remove bars from pan, then spread with cream cheese frosting if using.
