This delicious taco recipe combines crispy feta cheese with fluffy egg whites for a satisfying and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles

1/2 cup Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites

1/4 cup spinach

Flour tortilla

Preparation

  1. Place 1/4 cup of feta cheese crumbles on a heated skillet. Once the cheese starts to become crispy, pour 1/2 cup of egg whites on top. Add spinach and cover with a flour tortilla. Cook for two minutes.
  2. Flip tortilla and add your favorite toppings. I added more spinach, red onions, avocado, sea salt & hot sauce.
  3. Fold tortilla in half and enjoy!
