Deviled Egg Boats

This is a quick and easy appetizer to put together for your holiday gathering. It is one of my favorite appetizers. All you need to do is boil your egg and quickly assemble your ingredients.
Ingredients
6 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs or 6 Eggland’s Best eggs, large, hard-cooked
12 Green Olives (your preference)
6 Salami slices
Pepper flakes
Chopped parsley for garnish
12 appetizer Skewers
Preparation
- Boil your eggs and remove the shell then slice them in half
- Cut each salami slice in half
- Thread the green olive, then roll the salami and add it to the skewer then place the skewer in the center of the yolk. It will look like a little boat
- Sprinkle pepper flakes and parsley over the eggs
- Serve
