Deviled Eggs with Bacon and Chives

Ingredients
12 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons premium Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
5 slices lean turkey bacon
1/4 cup fresh snipped chives, for garnishing
Preparation
- In a non-stick skillet, cook the turkey bacon strips until crispy; transfer to paper towels to drain and cool; once cooled, crumble into small pieces and reserve.
- Carefully slice each hard-cooked peeled egg in half lengthwise; gently remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
