Easy Cheesy Personal Breakfast Casserole

This easy individual breakfast casserole can be made in minutes and bake while you are getting ready in the morning. Here is how to make it!
Ingredients
9 potato tots
9 Tbsp Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Add potato tots to a small baking dish or ramekin. Add egg whites over potato tots and then cover in shredded cheese. If desired, add additional protein such as crumbled bacon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until the cheese starts to turn golden brown.
