Easy Egg Dip With Herbs
Create a delicious egg dip with savory herbs and goat cheese. Serve with crackers for a delicious dip!
Ingredients
4 oz goat cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 TBSP minced fresh chives
2 TSP minced fresh cilantro
2 TSP minced fresh dill
Preparation
- Combine the goat cheese and sour cream, and combine until smooth.
- Finely mince the hard-boiled eggs and add to the cheese mixture.
- Add the chives, cilantro, dill, lemon zest and juice.
- Stir well and serve with crackers.
