Ingredients

2 Eggland's Best eggs, large

1 slice sourdough bread, toasted

1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled

1 teaspoon Sriracha

1 tablespoon of honey

Sriracha to taste

salt and pepper to taste

Honey to taste

1 tsp butter

Preparation

  1. Heat skillet to medium heat with butter, toast sourdough bread.
  2. Set bread aside, Cook the egg to your preference—fried, poached, or scrambled all work well.
  3. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt, pepper.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toast.
  5. Top with the cooked egg and finish with some Sriracha and honey.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
