Egg Avocado Toast

Ingredients
2 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled
1 teaspoon Sriracha
1 tablespoon of honey
Sriracha to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Honey to taste
1 tsp butter
Preparation
- Heat skillet to medium heat with butter, toast sourdough bread.
- Set bread aside, Cook the egg to your preference—fried, poached, or scrambled all work well.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt, pepper.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toast.
- Top with the cooked egg and finish with some Sriracha and honey.
