
Egg Cheese Waffles

The easiest and most delicious way to combine egg and cheese for a protein packed breakfast!
Ingredients
1 Eggland's Best Large Egg
Cheddar cheese
salt & pepper
optional: bacon, avocado, wheat bread
Preparation
- Preheat and grease a mini waffle iron.
- Crack one egg straight onto the waffle iron, add salt and pepper. Add a small amount of cheddar cheese (only about 1/2 oz at the most!)
- Cook for 1-2 minutes and carefully remove. Eat as is or over toast with bacon and avocado!
