Flourless Chocolate Cake
This flourless chocolate cake is rich, decadent, fudgy, and delicious! It is quick and easy to make. Great for any occasion!
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cup sugar
pinch sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1 Eggland's Best egg yolk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8 inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and chocolate chips.
- Add in the sugar, salt, and vanilla. Stir.
- Add in the eggs and egg yolk. Stir.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until it resembles whipped cream.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour into the lined pan.
- Bake for 25 to 27 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
