Frosted Cranberry Sparkler
Shake up a sparkling, protein-forward cocktail with Eggland’s Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Combined with gin, cranberry juice, lime, and topped with ginger ale, it’s frothy, refreshing, and full of flavor. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and fresh cranberries for a festive touch.
Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Eggland’s Best liquid egg whites
2 ounces gin
2 ounces cranberry juice
½ ounce lime juice
4 ounces ginger ale (to top)
Ice
Rosemary Sprig (for garnish)
Fresh Cranberries (for garnish)
Preparation
- Dry shake ingredients. In a cocktail shaker (without ice), combine the Eggland’s Best liquid egg whites, gin, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to create froth.
- Shake with ice. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until the mixture is well chilled (about 15 seconds).
- Strain and top. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Top with 4 ounces of ginger ale.
- Garnish with rosemary sprig and cranberries, and serve.
