Shake up a sparkling, protein-forward cocktail with Eggland’s Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Combined with gin, cranberry juice, lime, and topped with ginger ale, it’s frothy, refreshing, and full of flavor. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and fresh cranberries for a festive touch.

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Eggland’s Best liquid egg whites

2 ounces gin

2 ounces cranberry juice

½ ounce lime juice

4 ounces ginger ale (to top)

Ice

Rosemary Sprig (for garnish)

Fresh Cranberries (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Dry shake ingredients. In a cocktail shaker (without ice), combine the Eggland’s Best liquid egg whites, gin, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to create froth.
  2. Shake with ice. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until the mixture is well chilled (about 15 seconds).
  3. Strain and top. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Top with 4 ounces of ginger ale.
  4. Garnish with rosemary sprig and cranberries, and serve.

For a mocktail:

  1. For a lighter option, skip the gin for a mocktail that’s just as bright, bubbly, and satisfying.
