Gingerbread Cookie Bars
An easy one-bowl recipe, perfect for the holidays!
Ingredients
5 tbsp vegan butter, melted
4 tbsp applesauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Eggland's Best egg, large
1 1/8 cups gluten free flour
2 tbsp gingerbread spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1 cup vegan/dairy free chocolate chips
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together.
- Add to an 8x8 or 9x9 parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake on 350 for 30 minutes.
