3 Eggland’s Best eggs, large
2 Slices of ham, diced
1 cup of shredded cheese
1/2 cup milk
Gluten Free 9” pie crust
1/8 onion
1/2 can of mushrooms
Preparation
- Add mushrooms, onions, 1/4 cup cheese, and ham to a medium bowl. Mix and add to pie crust. Scramble eggs and pour over mixture in pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 40 min at 400°
