Ingredients

3/4 cup Eggland’s Best liquid egg whites

2 cups all-purpose flour

1½ cups buttermilk

1/4 cup canola oil

6 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fruit, for topping

Butter, for topping

Syrup, for topping

Preparation

  1. Preheat waffle iron. Set to medium-high heat and lightly grease with oil or cooking spray.
  2. Mix dry ingredients. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
