Grandma Goldie's Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
6 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. sweet relish
Pinch Kosher Salt
Black pepper to taste
Chives (optional)
Smoked Paprika (optional)
Preparation
- Begin by carefully slicing each of the six deviled eggs recipe eggs lengthwise into perfect halves.
- Remove yolks from the eggs and place into a medium-sized bowl.
- Using a fork, thoroughly mash the egg yolks until they reach a smooth, creamy consistency with no lumps remaining.
- Combine the mashed yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and sweet relish. Season the mixture with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, then blend everything together until perfectly smooth and well-incorporated.
- Transfer the creamy yolk filling into either a piping bag fitted with your preferred tip or a plastic zip-top bag. If using a plastic bag, snip off one corner to create a medium-sized opening for piping.
- Pipe the yolks into the egg white halves.
