
Grape Gin Fizz

This stunning purple cocktail—made with grape juice, gin, and lemon is definitely worth adding to your recipe collection this Easter.
Ingredients
2 ounces Concord grape juice
1 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 Large Eggland's Best Egg White
1 teaspoon gingerbread syrup
Ice
Cold soda water
1 lemon twist, for garnish
Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker, add the egg white, grape juice, gin, lemon juice and gingerbread syrup
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Add ice and shake for 1 minute.
- Strain into a cocktail glass, top with soda water and garnish with the lemon twist. Enjoy!!!
