6 Eggland's Best eggs, large (hard cooked)

¼ cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese (for extra protein)

½ ripe avocado

1–2 tbsp lemon juice

1–2 tbsp finely chopped chives

¼ tsp garlic powder

1–2 tbsp finely chopped chives, plus extra for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste
