Grilled Banana Sandwich

It honestly doesn't get any better than this.
Ingredients
2 slices whole-wheat bread
2 Eggland's Best large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Cinnamon
1 sliced banana
Confectioner's sugar
Preparation
- Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
- Make basic French toast by dredging the bread in eggs and placing in pan over medium heat.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top-side of bread while bottom side is cooking; cook approximately 1 1/2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice the banana and place in pan to cook.
- Flip bread to cook on brown sugar-side; sprinkle cinnamon on cooked side of bread. Repeat steps with another slice of bread.
- Once toast has finished cooking, remove from heat and put bananas in between slices (on the cinnamon side).
- Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and enjoy!
