Flaky crust with ham, pepper, spinach, onion, cheese and eggs!

Ingredients

6 Eggland's Best eggs

1 pie crust

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 slices of thinly sliced ham 

1 bell pepper chopped 

1/4 cup sweet onion

1/2 cup spinach 

1 tsp Celtic sea salt

1/4 tsp pepper 2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven according to pie crust package
  2. Line pie dish with pie crust. 
  3. Chop ham, pepper, onion and spinach 
  4. Crack eggs and stir
  5. Combine eggs, ham, pepper, onion and spinach. 
  6. Add in cheese, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir until well incorporated. 
  7. Pour egg mixture into pie crust and bake according to package directions
