Low sugar egg white pumpkin nog
This creamy, festive drink combines the warm flavors of pumpkin spice with the light and frothy texture of whipped egg whites. It’s a healthier spin on traditional eggnog, made without dairy and with minimal sugar, making it a perfect holiday treat you can enjoy guilt-free.
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other dairy-free milk)
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
2 large egg whites

- Slowly fold the whipped egg whites into the warm pumpkin mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and maple syrup. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Serve warm or over ice for a chilled version.
