Mediterranean Egg Tortilla Wrap

A healthy and delicious snack or lunchtime wrap!
Ingredients
2 Eggland Best Large eggs
2 tbsp Sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Baby Spinach
1 tbsp Feta
1/4 cup Red onion
2 tbsp Olives
2 tbsp Cilantro
1 Tortilla bread
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
- Sauté the Baby Spinach & onions for 2 minutes, then set aside
- Cook the eggs anyway you like!
- Assemble the tortilla wrap by adding the eggs + spinach mix + Sun-dried tomatoes + Feta + Olives + Cilantro
- Wrap as a burrito, cut & enjoy!
