Ingredients
6 large croissants, sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar or gruyère
2 cups whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)
Preparation
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish and add the sliced croissant pieces.
- Sprinkle the chopped bacon and shredded cheese evenly over the croissants.
