Paleo Crinkle Cookies

Gooey, brownie like texture with a satisfyingly crunchy exterior. Make these delicious crinkle cookies in less than 30 minutes!
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
- Whisk dry ingredients together and in a separate bowl whisk the wet ingredients together.
- Combine the two and stir until incorporated.
- Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Form 1.5 tbsp of dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
- Remove balls from sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
Recipe Tips: Be sure to let the dough rest for at least 10 minutes at room temperature before forming into balls.
