Preparation
1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and add enough water to completely cover them.
2. Bring the water to a boil.
3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to maintain a low boil for 10-12 minutes, then remove the eggs from the saucepan.
4. Quickly chill the eggs in ice-cold water before peeling them.
