Protein Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
3 English muffins, cut in half
2 cups Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites
6 slices of tomatoes
3 tbsp. pesto sauce
1/8 cup fresh dill, chopped
1/8 cup fresh parsley, chopped
pinch of salt
Preparation
- Place a skillet over med/low heat. Spray the pan with nonstick spray.
- Add the egg whites, fresh dill and fresh parsley. Cook until fluffy.
- Toast the English muffins. Spread pesto evenly on each English muffin.
- Top with a slice of tomato and divide the egg whites on top of each muffin.
- Sprinkle the top with a pinch of salt and enjoy!
