Protein Lover's Ultimate Breakfast

Ingredients
2 Large Eggland’s Best eggs
1/4 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup sweet pepper
3/4 cup tomato
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and Pepper
1 tbs butter
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 slice of sourdough
Preparation
- Start by chopping up all vegetables and mincing the garlic.
- Add butter to a pan and once melted, sauté onions, garlic and peppers until soft.
- Add ground beef and season with spices. Cook until browned.
- Add tomatoes, let everything meld together for a few minutes.
- Create wells in the mixture and crack Eggland's Best eggs into them.
- Top with cheddar cheese, cover and cook until eggs are done to your liking. (I love my eggs on the softer side since the yolk adds so much flavor!)
- Serve with 1 slice of toasted sourdough with butter. Enjoy!
