Sheet Pan Pancakes

This is such a simple and healthy way to make pancakes! Just blend together all of the ingredients, pour into a sheet pan, and bake. It doesn't get much easier!
Ingredients
2 cups gf oats
1 cup nut milk
1 banana
1 serving vanilla protein powder
2 Eggland's Best Large Eggs
1 tsp baking powder
favorite toppings
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425F and grease a half-sheet baking pan.
- Blend the oats until they form a flour.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except toppings) and blend together until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the pan and add toppings. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Can be made ahead, add red fruit and chocolate for Valentine's Day!
