Ingredients
15 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled eggs
1 lb. medium shrimp cooked, deveined, and shells removed (you can buy them frozen like this for convenience)
1 celery stalk
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
salt to taste
paprika (optional as garnish)
Preparation
- Cut the hard-cooked in half lengthwise and remove the yolk and place in a large bowl.
- Transfer the egg white halves to a serving tray.
- Chop the cooked shrimp and place in the same bowl as the yolks.
- Add the celery, bell pepper, mayonnaise, and mustard. Stir to blend and season to taste with salt.
