Ingredients
2 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
1/2 large avocado
2 slices of bread
2 green onions
1 tsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Combine two hard-cooked eggs and avocado in a bowl. Use the back of a fork to mash them together.
