1/2 c. Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites
2 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
cinnamon
nutmeg
Preparation
- Mix together the egg whites, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract until frothy.
- Heat mixture on low for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid curdling or scrambled eggs.
- Serve warm or chill in the refrigerator to thicken.
- Sprinkle a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon.
