Ingredients
12 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
1/2 cup of mayo
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon smoked salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Smoked paprika for garnish
Fresh chives and fresh dill optional for garnish
Preparation
- Half the hard-cooked, peeled eggs lengthwise and remove yolk and set the yolks in a medium bowl and halved whites on a tray.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayo, liquid smoke, mustard, smoked salt, onion and garlic powder and whisk to combine.
- In a medium bowl, combine yolks and mayo mixture and combine until creamy.
- Put yolk mixture into a piping bag and pipe into centers of egg whites.
- Garnish with smoked paprika and with optional fresh chives or dill.
