Ingredients
3 cups day-old cooked rice
3 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 slices canned ham, cubed
Seasoning seaweed sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
Preparation
- Heat a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add the canned ham and cook until golden brown, then transfer to a plate and set aside.
- In the same wok, sauté the scallions until fragrant. Crack in the eggs and scramble until they’re about halfway cooked.
