Spinach, Bacon and Cheese Quiche
This elegant quiche combines fresh spinach, crispy bacon, and melted cheese in a rich, custard-filled tart that delivers the perfect balance of hearty flavors and creamy textures - ideal for brunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Prepared pie dough
1 cup milk
5 Eggland's Best eggs, large (slightly beaten)
4 slices bacon cooked
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
1 1/2 cups of chopped up spinach
Salt, as desired
Pepper, as desired
Italian seasoning, optional
Garlic powder, optional
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out the pie dough and put it in the quiche pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk milk and eggs.
- Chop up spinach and bacon.
- Add the chopped spinach, bacon, and cheese to the quiche pan. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Add your desired seasonings (salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic). Do a quick mix.
- Bake it at 375°F for 30-40 minutes.
