Spinach & Tomato Egg White Pizza

Indulge in our protein-rich egg white pizza topped with fresh spinach and ripe tomato slices.
Ingredients
1/4 tomato, sliced
3/4 cup liquid egg whites
3 tbsp shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp pizza sauce
Preparation
- Preheat a skillet with non-stick cooking spray over medium heat. Pour the liquid egg whites into skillet and cook until bottom and edges are firm.
- Flip the egg whites. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, tomato, and spinach. Serve.
