Ingredients

4 Eggland’s Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs, sliced

2 cups mixed greens or arugula

1 cup roasted sweet potatoes (cubed)

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation
