Ingredients
6 Eggland’s Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh pineapple
1 teaspoon pineapple juice
1 teaspoon finely minced jalapeño (seeded if desired)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh cilantro (plus more for garnish)
Optional: chili-lime seasoning, small pineapple wedges, or jalapeño slices for garnish
Preparation
- Slice the 6 Eggland’s Best Hard-Cooked Peeled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Set the egg white halves aside.
