1 cup of baby spinach

Preparation

  1. Place 1 cup of baby spinach and 2 eggs in a blender
  2. Blend until all ingredients are smoothly blended together
  3. Pour 1/4 of the mixture into the lightly oiled pan and cook for 3-4 minutes and flip over to cook the other side for another 2 minutes
