Vegetarian Black Bean and Quinoa Burger

These vegetarian burgers are the perfect addition to your next gathering. Top with your favorites and enjoy all summer long!
Ingredients
1 Large Eggland's Best Egg
1 Can low sodium black beans can (15 oz)
1 cup cooked Quinoa
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1Tbsp cumin
1Tbsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mash and combine all ingredients using a fork until well mixed. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Grill for about 10 minutes, or cook in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat until heated through and lightly crisped on the outside.
- Serve on a bun or in a lettuce wrap for a lighter option, and finish with your favorite toppings like tomato, pickles, onion, or avocado.
