3 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs

1.5 Tbs mayonnaise

1 Tbs dill relish

1 Tsp mustard

1/16 Tsp paprika

1 small whole dill pickle


  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise
  2. Remove the yolk from the egg white and place in a bowl. Place egg whites on a small plate
  3. Mash the yolks up with a fork and then add the mayonnaise, dill relish, and mustard.
  4. Stir ingredients together and then place in a piping bag (a small sandwich bag will work as well)
  5. Pipe the yolk mixture into each egg white hole and then sprinkle each egg with a pinch of paprika.
  6. Finish with a small slice of dill pickle
