  1. Place your EB Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs on a kitchen towel to keep it from rolling.
  2. Using a small and large straw, carefully punch holes into the eggs to make eyes and a mouth. Press in just enough to get through the egg white and just to the yolk. Repeat for each egg.
  3. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
