Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn

Simple, sweet and ready to eat, this popcorn is baked with cinnamon sugar and will have your guests asking for more!
Ingredients
- 8 cups popcorn, popped
- 1 Eggland’s Best egg (large), egg white only (beaten) OR 3 Tbsp. Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 300 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss together the popcorn, beaten egg white, sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and sea salt until popcorn is coated thoroughly.
- Transfer popcorn to a prepared baking sheet and bake popcorn for 20 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
