Ingredients

2 cups All-Purpose Flour

½ tsp baking soda

¼ salt

1 stick butter

1¼ cups sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

6 tbsp Eggland’s Best 100% Egg Whites

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and set aside.
  2. In a second bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Eggland Liquid Egg Whites and vanilla and beat until combined.
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Divide dough into 2 equal portions.
  6. Chili for at least 2 hours.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  8. Roll sugar cookie dough on a floured surface.
  9. Use a cookie cutter of your choice and cut out the dough and place them 1” apart on a large baking sheet covered in Parchment paper.
  10. Once the baking sheet is filled, bake for 9 to 10 minutes.
  11. Let set on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before moving to the cooling rack.
  12. Once cookies are cooled, they are ready to decorate!
