An easy 15 minute fall flavored breakfast perfect for thanksgiving morning

Ingredients

1/4 cup Eggland's Best Egg Whites

1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats

½ cup applesauce

1 tbsp maple syrup

⅔ cup water

1 apple, diced

1 tbsp carmel

2 tbsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix together the 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats, ½ cup applesauce, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/4 cup eggwhites and ⅔ cup water in a small pot.
  2. Cook on medium heat for 12-15 minutes until oatmeal thickens.
  3. Add to a bowl and top with apples, caramel and cinnamon.
