Matcha Almond Cookie
These matcha cookies are crispy on the outside & chewy and delicious on the inside! They are a unique alternative to a typical cookie!
Ingredients
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl, add almond paste, Eggland’s Best Liquid Egg Whites, and
- confectioners' sugar, mix together until well blended.
- Scoop batter into a piping bag, and pipe out stars onto the baking pan. Sprinkle with
- matcha powder, place into the oven.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes golden brown.
- Let cool, then sprinkle with Matcha Powder.
