These matcha cookies are crispy on the outside & chewy and delicious on the inside! They are a unique alternative to a typical cookie!

Ingredients

1 lb almond paste

3 tbsp Eggland’s Best Egg Whites

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

1/8 cup Matcha powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets.
  2. In a large bowl, add almond paste, Eggland’s Best Liquid Egg Whites, and
  3. confectioners' sugar, mix together until well blended.
  4. Scoop batter into a piping bag, and pipe out stars onto the baking pan. Sprinkle with
  5. matcha powder, place into the oven.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes golden brown.
  7. Let cool, then sprinkle with Matcha Powder.
