Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
½ cup Eggland’s Best Liquid Egg Whites
½ cup canned pumpkin, not pie filling
¼ cup almond milk, unsweetened
½ cup ice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey
Optional: dairy-free whipped topping and cinnamon
Preparation
- Blend all of the ingredients in a high-power blender for about 1 minute
- Check consistency and blend more as needed (adjust the amount of liquid to desired consistency)
- Pour into a glass and add desired toppings
