Ingredients

2-4 Eggland’s Best Large eggs

Lettuce

Smoked Salmon

Everything bagel seasoning

Tomatoes

Crackers (mine are gluten free everything bagel crackers)

Sliced cucumbers

Preparation

  1. Add EB eggs to a large pot and cover with water until the eggs are submerged about an inch.
  2. Boil the water and let cook until desired doneness (I do 12 minutes).
  3. Peel the eggs and let cool.
  4. To a snack box or lunch box add EB hard boiled eggs, crackers, lettuce, tomatoes, smoked salmon, and cucumbers. Then, top with everything bagel seasoning and enjoy!
