Coconut Orange Creamsicle Cocktail
Easter is a holiday worth a happy hour cocktail or two. This coconut orange creamsicle cocktail is a silky and smooth citrus drink perfect for Spring and would brighten up any Easter brunch or dinner table. Egglands Best egg whites add the silky and smooth feature to this festive cocktail. Along with adding extra protein, EB egg whites are also gluten free, fat free and low cholesterol so you can feel less of the guilt while sipping this “skinny” cocktail. Another winning feature to this cocktail is that there aren’t many steps to making this delicious drink! All you have to do is add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker or a jar with a twist on lid (like a mason jar.) Shake them together until a thicker froth forms (that’s the egg whites in action). Rim your glass with the cinnamon coconut sugar rim and pour in the cocktail. You can top it with soda water if you want a little extra fun fizz to your drink.
Make This Recipe
- In a cocktail shaker or lidded jar, add your ice, vodka, orange juice and egg whites. Shake well until a frothy foam form in the jar.
- Mix together your coconut cinnamon sugar and place it on a shallow plate to rim your cocktail glass.
- Wet the rim of your cocktail glass or use a little bit of marshmallow fluff if you want more of the coconut to stick, and roll the rim of your glass in the coconut sugar mixture.
- Pour in your cocktail and garnish with and orange slice.
Recipe Tips: If you don’t have a cocktail shaker you can use a lidded jar (like a mason) jar to shake up your cocktail.
