Easter Bunny Pancakes

These Easter Bunny shaped pancakes are always a favorite in my house. They're the perfect way to start off the holiday, and they're super cute! Hoppy Easter!!

3 1/2 cups of pancake mix

2 cups of water

2 whole Eggland's Best eggs


3 bananas

1 cup of blueberries

1 cup of strawberries


  1. Mix all the pancake ingredients together
  2. Once you have the mix ready, make 8 5.5 inch circles, 16 2inch circles for the bunny cheeks, and 48 3inches long stripes for bunny whiskers (6 for each bunny) with the pancake mix.
  3. Once everything is ready, cut 2 bananas in half, then cut those halves in half again, and then cut once more (lengthwise) to create the bunny ears.
  4. Cut the third banana in 16 round slices to create the bunny eyes.
  5. Use the fourth banana to create the bunny teeth, cut 6 slices and create those round slices into squares and then cut those squares in half .
  6. Cut 8 strawberries in half, and use only the tip to create the nose.
  7. Once everything is cut and ready, create your bunny!
