Make This Recipe

Ingredients

1 pack Hawaiian Rolls

4 Eggland's Best large eggs plus 1 egg

5 slices American cheese

2 Green Onions, chopped

4 Strips Precooked Bacon, chopped

2 TBSP Milk

1 TBSP Water

Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 eggs and milk.
  3. Add chopped green onions and chopped bacon, mix well.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with nonstick spray. Add egg mixture {and salt and pepper to taste} and cook into scrambled eggs.
  5. Open pack of Hawaiian Rolls and use a bread knife to cut the rolls in half {separating tops from bottoms}. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. Lay 5 slices of American cheese on them until covered.
  7. Top with egg mixture, then add tops of rolls back on.
  8. In a small bowl, mix 1 egg and 1 TBSP water. Use basting brush to add a light egg wash to tops of rolls.
  9. Place in oven and bake for 6-9 minutes, until rolls are starting to brown and cheese has melted.
  10. Enjoy!
