1 tortilla wrap

1/3 cup Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites

1/2 avocado

1 Tbsp basil pesto

1 Tbsp sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped

1 hashbrown patty

1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Parmesan cheese, to taste


Olive oil


  1. Slice your tortilla halfway down. To the bottom left, spread on mashed avocado.
  2. In a good non-stick pan on medium heat, add butter and 1/3 cup of egg whites. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and grate some parmesan cheese. Let the egg whites cook for 1 minute and then fold.
  3. To the top left, add basil pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and the folded egg.
  4. Air fry a hashbrown and add it to the top right section.
  5. Lastly, sprinkle on some sharp cheddar cheese. Fold up the tortilla and then place it in a pan with some olive oil and toast the tortilla until golden brown. Enjoy!
