  • 2 Eggland’s Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
  • 1 100% whole wheat long roll
  • 4-6 thin cucumber slices
  • 4 tomato slices
  • sliced radish (optional)
  • 1/3 cup mixed greens (rinsed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon hot & sweet mustard (optional)
  • sliced onion (optional)


Layer the greens, sliced eggs and onion on one side of the roll.

Sprinkle eggs with cilantro (optionally with turmeric and hot & sweet mustard).

Place tomato slices, cucumber slices and radish slices (optional) on top of previous layers.

Place second roll slice on top. Serve immediately or pack to take with you.
